Tyler Prevost founded Cobra Construction in 2009 as a general contracting company. In 2015, Prevost teamed up with his brother Shane and expanded the company by opening Cobra Structures, a second division to effectively serve customers with building solutions in a variety of industries. In 2019, the Prevost brothers partnered with Norway House Cree Nation to form Bison Modular Homes. This company manufactures durable, quality modular homes that provide fire-resistant, mold-resistant, and rot-resistant building solutions to northern Indigenous communities. Then in 2020, the Prevost’s partnered with Curtis Kuczera and created Cobra Mechanical in order to provide full mechanical and electrical turnkey solutions for clients. Together, these divisions form Cobra Enterprises, and their combined successful projects have made Cobra Enterprises Beausejour’s fastest growing company.

Vice President of Cobra Enterprises, Shane is a lead-from-the-front presence at Cobra. Shane is passionate about client relations and business development. His drive is clear in his thorough planning of long-term solutions for clients. Shane is active in each project from the first discussions through the design phase, while working with clients to get private funding and balancing project scope. Shane’s attention-to-detail ensures proposals for government-funded projects are crafted with careful consideration. Shane's wholehearted commitment, strong leadership and caring attitude create lasting relationships with clients.
Shane is a confident leader with over a decade of entrepreneurial experience. His keen eye for Cobra’s future launched Cobra Construction to an international corporate level from 2014 - 2020, when he co-founded Cobra Structures USA, and three more divisions under Cobra Enterprises: Cobra Structures Canada, Cobra Mechanical, and Bison Modular Homes.
An experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in trades leadership positions in commercial and industrial plumbing. Curtis prides himself on his proven ability to find solutions for complex plumbing and heating systems. He has extensive knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance, quality control and project management. In September 2020, Curtis is not only a General Manager, but a proud owner who is driven to allocate a larger market share for his company.
With over a decade of progressive experience in the construction and energy industries, Tian Alsgard utilizes his extensive expertise to effectively and successfully manage Cobra Enterprise’s projects while finding new efficiencies. Tian previously co-founded Aithra Projects, an industry leader in remote camps and site services. Tian led a strategic partnership between Nomodic and Aithra to become Canada’s largest specialized Construction Management firm dedicated solely to modular and offsite construction.
